Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States and may offer international shipping to select countries depending on the item and fulfillment partner. Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout when available.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Some made-to-order, print-on-demand, supplier-fulfilled, or international orders may take longer. Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, or other events outside our control.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you. Tracking can take a few business days to update after the carrier receives the package.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
Some products ship from different fulfillment partners. If your order includes items fulfilled separately, your items may arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@styledsocietyxoxo.store. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production, processing, or fulfillment. Made-to-order and digital items may not be cancellable once production or delivery has started.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer complimentary shipping on eligible U.S. orders over $50. The final shipping cost and any available free-shipping offer will be shown at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Eligible returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Please review our full Returns & Exchanges page before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
What items are final sale or non-returnable?
For hygiene, customization, or digital-delivery reasons, some items may be final sale. This can include earrings and pierced jewelry, custom or print-on-demand items, personalized pieces, sale items, gift cards, and digital downloads. What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us promptly at support@styledsocietyxoxo.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the issue and help with the next appropriate step, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the situation.
How do digital products work?
Digital products are delivered electronically, usually by email or download link after checkout. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at purchase. If you do not receive your download link, contact us at support@styledsocietyxoxo.store.
Are digital products refundable?
Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately, digital product purchases are generally final sale unless otherwise required by law or stated on the product page.
Are your hoodies made to order?
Some apparel items, including select hoodies, may be made to order or fulfilled through production partners. Made-to-order items can require additional processing time before shipping and may have limited return eligibility. Product pages will include the most relevant details.

Review the product description and size guidance before ordering. If an item is described as relaxed or oversized, order your usual size for the intended fit or size up for a more dramatic streetwear look. Because some apparel is made to order, sizing exchanges may be limited.
