We want you to love every piece you receive. Because Styled Society xoxo sells both physical products and digital products, return eligibility depends on the type of item purchased.
Physical Product Return Window
Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@styledsocietyxoxo.store before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted. If your return is approved, we’ll provide next steps and return instructions.
Digital Product Policy
Digital products, including planners, templates, guides, workbooks, PDFs, Canva templates, downloads, and other electronically delivered resources, are generally final sale once delivered or accessed. Because digital items cannot be physically returned, we do not typically offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products unless required by law or otherwise stated on the product page.
If you have trouble accessing a digital product after purchase, contact us at support@styledsocietyxoxo.store so we can help resolve the access issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Physical Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your physical item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the issue and help with the next appropriate step, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may be final sale or non-returnable:
- Digital downloads and electronically delivered products
- Canva templates, PDFs, planners, workbooks, guides, or digital resources
- Earrings and pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons
- Custom, personalized, or monogrammed items
- Made-to-order and print-on-demand items are produced specifically for your order
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different eligible physical item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted. Exchanges may not be available for made-to-order, print-on-demand, final sale, or digital products.
European Union Orders
If your order ships into the European Union, certain consumer cancellation rights may apply. However, digital products may have different rules once access or delivery begins, and made-to-order or personalized items may have limited cancellation rights. Please contact us with questions about your specific order.
Refunds
Once an approved physical return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card company to process the posting. Print-on-demand and digital products are final sale unless defective.
