Shipping Policy
At Styled Society xoxo, every order is handled with intention. Some products are physical items that ship from fulfillment partners, while digital products are delivered electronically. Shipping times, packaging, and delivery methods may vary depending on the item purchased.
Physical Product Processing Time
Most physical product orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom, made-to-order, and print-on-demand items may require additional production time before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Physical Product Shipping Times
Once shipped, most physical orders arrive within 7–15 business days. International orders from select fulfillment partners may take up to 20 business days. These windows are estimates and do not include delays caused by weather, customs, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other events outside our control.
Digital Product Delivery
Digital products are not physically shipped. If you purchase a digital product, such as a planner, template, guide, workbook, or downloadable resource, it will be delivered electronically through a download link, email, or digital delivery app once checkout is complete and payment is confirmed.
Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If you do not receive your digital product access email, contact us at support@styledsocietyxoxo.store.
Orders With Physical and Digital Items
If your order includes both physical and digital products, the digital item may be delivered separately by email while the physical item ships later. You may receive separate notifications for digital delivery, order confirmation, shipping, and tracking.
Free Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on eligible U.S. physical product orders over $50. Digital products do not require shipping and may not count toward physical shipping thresholds unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Multiple Packages
If your order includes physical items from different fulfillment partners, they may ship separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers on different days. This is normal and expected.
Order Tracking
Once a physical order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system before reaching out about a delay.
